We value good wine very highly, especially wines which are produced in the local hills, or in our Region: we enjoy recommending the best combinations of food and wine, because each highlights the flavours in the other and a good combination will really delight your palate.

These fragrances will welcome you long before you enter the breakfast hall on the first floor. Once you cross the threshold, you will see our many tempting offerings for a large, delicious breakfast. The buffet is an invitation to help yourself with delicacies such as croissants, bread, honey and jam, the cake of the day, yoghurt, milk and cereal; the savoury corner offers a selection of salami and cheese; and finally the drinks area provides you with fruit juice, mineral water and hot drinks, all self-service.

Mirko & Michele are real professionals and they are like a force of nature: serving behind the bar is both their job and their passion, they are showmen by vocation. They are always to be found, either in the Bar Hall or, during the warm season, behind the poolside bar, and they really know how to delight and spoil you with their never-ending inspiration. Trust their creativity and you will not regret it! The pre-dinner period is when they really let their imaginations go wild: from the classic Prosecco (dry sparkling white wine) or a fun non-alcoholic aperitif to stimulate your appetite, to a long drink or some grappa as a pleasurable after-dinner experience, ask and you shall receive… and of course all this comes with a smile!

We prefer to use in season ingredients because they are healthier and tastier and we really give rein to our Chef’s creativity since it is thanks to him that our dishes are so flavoursome. Every meal, both at lunch and at dinner, we offer a different four-course menu. You can choose the first and second courses when you sit down at the table. Can’t make up your mind about what to have? Our restaurant staff will recommend what is best. At lunch, you will be met with a buffet of salads and seasonal vegetables, with oils, vinegars and other seasonings.
